Hello everyone —

I’m Kelsey! I am 15 years old and a sophomore in high school in San Francisco. My mom is Colleen, she started ZEGO when my grammar school went nut free. I’ve helped our family business grow in lots of ways — from tinkering with recipes for our new flavors of ZEGO bars to posting Instagram photos to giving out ZEGO samples at food shows.  

I have many food allergies (luckily none are anaphylactic) that makes it hard to eat the yummy food here in San Francisco where I live. But I want to eat great tasting food without getting a stomach ache. The only way to guarantee that is to make it myself, and that’s why I spend most of my free time in the kitchen. I hope you enjoy these recipes — some are my own, others are from cookbook authors I love (in particular, I’m a big fan of Juli Bauer‘s recipes and website). All the recipes below are soy free, dairy free, gluten free, and usually paleo and nut free.
