These healthy pancakes won’t weigh you down after breakfast, but rather give you the natural energy boost you need to jump start your day! Paleo Protein Banana Pancakes are perfect for the whole family to enjoy before heading out to school and work, or why not surprise the family with breakfast for dinner?!
1 large or 2 small bananas pressed with a fork until mashed
2 T ZEGO protein powder
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t vanilla
1/4 t cream of tartar
1/4 t baking soda
Touch of salt
1/ Mix together all of the ingredients.
2/ Use skillet heated medium to medium low. Place 1/4 cup of the batter on the skillet. Place lid on pan for about 3-4 minutes to help it cook evenly. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
