Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal: The Recipe
2 cups Zego Oats
1 tablespoon ground flax
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1.5 cups your choice of unsweetened milk or milk alternative
2 tsp vanilla
¼ cup maple syrup
⅓ cup sunbutter
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup your choice of seeds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add all wet ingredients, mix until well incorporated, and then add dry ingredients, mix until well combined. Pour mixture into 8×8 prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes, cut into squares, drizzle with your favorite sun butter and Enjoy.
