Just Fruit Chocolate Drizzle Sticks Fun and Delicious
We just LOVE sharing ideas on How to Use our products to make more purity verified meals, snacks and treats. For these Just Fruit Chocolate Drizzle Sticks, we use our Just Fruit Bars but you could use the Fruit+Chia or Seed+Fruit just as well.
But let’s get back to why they are awesome. First, who doesn’t love eating things on a stick? Right?? It’s so fun. Second, who doesn’t love drizzling chocolate? Double fun.
You don’t need much from us as far as a recipe goes, but we’ve included one below in case you want to hand this delightful job over to school-aged kids.
How These Just Fruit Chocolate Drizzle Sticks Are Better
+ About as allergy friendly as you get! Our bars are top 12 allergy free and you can use any of a number of top 8 allergy free chocolate chips.
+ You can make these higher in fiber and lower glycemic by using our Pear flavor and dark chocolate.
+ Kids can jump in to put squares on sticks, melt chocolate, and drizzle.
+ Make it a party by pulling out the fondue pot for the chocolate!
Just Fruit Chocolate Drizzle Sticks
Ingredients
Several ZEGO bars. We used Just Fruit but Fruit+Chia and Seed+Fruit would also be great. Each bar makes 4-5 sticks.
1 bag chocolate chips of your choice (white chocolate works well too)
Fresh Fruit (optional)
Parchment paper, tray
Method
Melt your chips in a double broiler on the stove or in the microwave. Stir occasionally. If microwaving, take care not to burn.
Cut your bars into squares.
Use skewers to carefully put the squared on the stick. Pear and blueberry flavor are more dense and will need stronger sticks.
Put parchment paper over a tray. Arrange your fruit and Just Fruit Bar sticks. Then, use a spatula or spoon to drizzle the chocolate over them. We highly recommend drenching a few in chocolate =) Have fun being creative!
