Pumpkin Oat Bread: How this Treat is Better

Pumpkin Oat Bread: The Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups ZEGO Double Protein Oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 handful ZEGO chocolate mix-ins
- *Optional
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add toppings. We used ZEGO chocolate mix-ins, ZEGO Double Protein oats, chocolate chips, seeds, the options are endless.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
