Belgrade, Montana — Aug 21, 2025 — The Collaborative Integrated Value Chain (CIVC) is proud to announce that Cybele Pascal has joined the team as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing her decades of entrepreneurial and industry experience to advance the missions of both CIVC and its anchor brand, ZEGO.
CIVC was founded to bring premium US-grown gluten-free organic and regenerative grains to consumers at affordable prices. It is building a new integrated food ecosystem business model centered on its mill and co-manufacturing facility in Belgrade, MT. This model supports medium-sized regional U.S. farmers and mission-aligned brands to succeed through a cooperative, interdependent, transparent, and sustainable supply chain. ZEGO is the anchor brand at CIVC and sells purity verified retail branded products and ingredients.
As CCO of CIVC, and under an anchor agreement with ZEGO, Cybele will play a central role in:
– Leading ZEGO’s commercial growth strategy, product development and innovation.
– Building CIVC’s co-packing business by bringing in mission- and values-aligned brands that share CIVC’s dedication to farm and consumer health and ecological responsibility.
Cybele Pascal is a nationally recognized leader in the allergy-friendly food space. She is the author of three best-selling allergy-friendly cookbooks and the founder of Free to Eat, Inc., a pioneering food company whose allergen-free snacks are sold in thousands of stores nationwide. Her deep experience in creating and scaling food businesses—spanning from manufacturing to retail distribution—will be invaluable in strengthening CIVC’s collaborative supply chain model.
