Immune-Boosting Protein Smoothie

Immune-Boosting Smoothie with Blueberry, Coconut and Protein

Serves 6 | Vegan Friendly

INGREDIENTS

1C milk or substitute of your choice

1/4C coconut water

1-2T ZEGO Plant Protein

1 banana

1C frozen blueberries

2T avocado

1T coconut oil

1t ground flax

1/2t cinnamon

1t vanilla

a few ice cubes

1t maple syrup if you like

METHOD
  1. Blend it all until smooth and share with a friend!

It’s amazing how a beautiful smoothie can boost your spirits along with boosting your immune system. And this one is LOADED with anti-oxidents, vitamins, electrolytes and minerals from the beautiful ingredients in it.

Don’t fret if you don’t have all the ingredients. Smoothies are very forgiving. This one is also paleo.
