Ingredients
(Makes approximately 16 energy balls)
1 2/3 cups ZEGO Cinnamon Twist Muesli
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup almond butter (if allergic, you can substitute sunflower seed butter)
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
To Make:
1️⃣ Mix: In a large bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla extract, salt, and spices.
2️⃣ Combine: Stir in ZEGO Cinnamon Twist Muesli and chia seeds until just mixed.
3️⃣ Chill: Place the mixture in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes.
4️⃣ Roll: Use your hands to form the mixture into bite-sized balls. (Scoop the mixture out with a small cookie scoop, it will give you perfect portions!)
