Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup ZEGO Cinnamon & Spice Superfood Oatmeal Blend
- 1 tablespoon ZEGO Pure Protein
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup brewed black tea
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon of espresso concentrate
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons vanilla coconut yogurt
- Fresh fruit of your choice
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
To Make:
- In a jar or container, combine all the ingredients for the oats. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
