ZEGO’s new bars launching at Expo West are powered by organic sun-loving mushrooms to help kids be healthy & stay in school. 

Feb. 17, 2022, San Francisco. Zego is bringing more peace of mind to parents with its new line of Sunny Day Fruit & Veggie bars for kids. Each bar has 50% of the daily value (DV) for vitamin D from an innovative,  vegan, sustainably grown source-organic California mushroom powder.  

Best of all, kids report the bars are bursting with delicious apple, cherry, and raspberry flavors, but have no mushroom flavor at all. The bars are also top 9 allergen and gluten free, so they’re safe to bring to school or daycare.

Recognizing their nutrition, novel vitamin D mushroom ingredient, and taste, judges voted ZEGO’s Sunny Day Bars to be a finalist for a Nexty Award at Expo West.
