Cranberry Smoothie
Smoothies are a great way to fuel up and nourish when you’re short on time, on the go, chasing the kids, and after your workout. Cranberries add a delightful sweet and tart zing, and are loaded with anti-oxidants, vitamin C and E, manganese and fiber, boosting your energy and immunity.
Once you build confidence with this smoothie-beginner-friendly-recipe, try switching up your liquids and fruits. Add greens, seeds, seed or nut butter, and spices (like cinnamon, turmeric or ginger) for a variety of flavors and nutrients! Smoothies are really forgiving, so if you’re out of an ingredient, simply swap it for something similar.

Cranberry Smoothie: The Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of Oat Milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
2 TBSP ZEGO Plant Protein
A small handful of frozen cranberries
A small handful of other frozen berries of choice
Sprinkle of Cranberry Mix-Ins
Method
1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend only as much as you need to get the consistency you like.
2. Pour into a cup and sprinkle Mix-Ins on top.
