Soup with Plant Protein
A bowl of soup can feel nourishing and cozy, and to make it even more filling and nutritious, we love to enjoy our soup with Plant Protein!
Why should you try this?
Depending on the ingredients in the soup, some of our favorite recipes are heavier on carbs (like squash, bean, and potato soups) which feel great while we’re enjoying them, but can leave us feeling hungry again soon after. Adding Plant Protein powder will boost the nutrition value leaving you feeling satiated and curbing hunger longer.
Our organic Plant Protein contains 100% sacha inchi seeds and has no other ingredients, no flavors, no sweeteners, no stevia or monk fruit, and is Purity Verified for glyphosate, pesticides, gluten, allergens and heavy metals. Our Sacha inchi seed protein is made by cold pressing lightly roasted seeds to remove the oil. The remaining seed meal is ground into this protein powder which has a warm, slightly roasted flavor in the powder.
What to do
Whether you’re making your own soup recipe from scratch or warming up a prepared soup, stir in some Plant Protein powder until mixed in. Add slowly with a sprinkle or 1/2 TSP for a personal serving, or a few TBSP for a family meal based on taste and preference.
