Healthy Chocolate Cookies with Sunflower Butter
Serves 6 | Vegan Friendly
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter
- 1/3 cup date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup Zego Foods Oats (Add Oats to blender and blend until flour-like)
- 1/2 cup Zego Foods Pure Protein
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a medium bowl add in all wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
- Add in dry ingredients and combine.
- Use a cookie scoop and place balls on a lined baking sheet.
- With a fork and press down horizontally and vertically for a quick design!
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
