For our nut free, gluten free muesli, we start with a heartwarming base of purity protocol gluten free oats and crunchy pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Then, we add in spices and U.S. grown fruit to add the mouth-watering flavor you’ll be thanking yourself for discovering.
We designed two flavors, tart Apple Cranberry and warm, sweet Cinnamon Twist, so whatever your preference, we’ve got you covered!
Mix-Ins are designed to support your immune system with mother nature’s antioxidants. For example, sunflower, pumpkin, and chia seeds are packed with immune-boosting nutrients like zinc, vitamin E, and magnesium. Dates also pack these vitamins and minerals as well as flavonoids, carotenoids and phenolic acid that help your body fight off viruses and support your immune system. You should aim to get these nutrients from your food rather than supplements because the nutrition in food is more bio-available and not degraded by processing agents.
More Special Features
Our farmers use the patented Purity Protocol Gluten Free System to keep cross contact out of their seed, fields, and harvest so you do not have to worry about gluten in your oats. To learn more, please see our illustration below. We use nutritious seeds in our recipe instead of nuts, which means it is better for the environment because seeds require much less water to grow. And, nut-free means it is safe for people with nut allergies who need nut free products made in a nut free facility.
About Our Farms
We source our sunflower seeds and purity protocol gluten free oats from farms in the mid-western region of the U.S.; our dates are from Southern California, cranberries from Maine, and apples from Oregon and Washington. All the ingredients in our muesli are organic.
How to Use
Hot: Simmer 2 parts water with 1 part muesli for 10 minutes. Dress it up with our Mix-Ins seed and fruit trail mix (Cranberry, Apple Cinnamon, and Chocolate Chip) or your favorite add-ins to boost flavor, vitamins, fiber, and protein.
Cold: Enjoy with your milk just like any other cereal.
Note: Soaking your muesli in your favorite version of milk or water will make it easier to digest and make the nutrients more bio-available by decreasing phytates and lectins. (We do not use ZEGO’s Double Protein raw oats in our muesli because raw oats must be cooked.)
Overnight Oats: Combine with ½ cup liquid to ½ cup muesli. Add add chia or flax seeds for added nutrition if you like. Pop in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
