Easy Double Protein Overnight Oats
- Makes 2 servings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ZEGO Double Protein Oats
- 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups milk or substitute
- cinnamon to taste (this also helps prevent fermentation)
- a pinch each of seeds like chia, poppy or flax (optional)
- berries (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine milk with salt, lemon juice or apple cider vinegar in a glass jar
- Add oats, spices, and seeds if using.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning you can add fresh berries, and your other favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
